Born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, my interest in photography began at an early age with the intrigue of capturing anything and everything my Kodak 110 point and shoot (film cameras, remember those?).
After progressing through various secondary school art and photography programs I ventured away to study formally at the Western Academy of Photography in Victoria British Columbia. Both architectural and motorsport photography were in the cards at the time, but with my growing interest and true enjoyment working with the built environment architecture won!
Over twenty years later I am still very pleased to be fortunate enough to earn a living creating photographs for a base of very wonderful clients!
My free time interests include motorcycling, cycling, reading, music, photography, travelling and time with my daughter, son, and lovely wife.
I’ve been regarded as easy going, reliable, dedicated, and open to new ideas and perspectives (with a bit of curiosity and spontaneity for good measure).
